Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Chiquinho de Salles took the kick off in the first half of the match. João Carlos Ceresso kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chiquinho de Salles in the 5th minute of play forced Giqui's goalkeeper Juninho Salles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Kushikime's goalkeeper Cristian de Alcântara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by João Paulo Correia. After 9 played minutes Giqui got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Moura. João Paulo Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian de Alcântara made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when João Paulo Correia sent off a good shot on target. João Paulo Correia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian de Alcântara having to interfere. Cristian de Alcântara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo Gaspar, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Luís Fabiano de Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. If Ronaldo Gaspar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, João Paulo Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Giqui's supporters rose to their feet, but João Paulo Correia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristian de Alcântara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ronaldo Gaspar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ronaldo Gaspar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Cristian de Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luís Fabiano de Barros charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luís Fabiano de Barros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Kushikime getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Luís Fabiano de Barros hit a great ball. Cristian de Alcântara acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 43rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Albertinho Damião. In the 45th match minute, Giqui was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Paulo Correia to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when João Paulo Correia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ronaldo Gaspar struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Cristian de Alcântara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Giqui. João Paulo Correia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian de Alcântara having to interfere. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kushikime's goalkeeper Cristian de Alcântara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58th match minute, Kushikime was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Fabiano de Barros to maneuver through the defense. 60 minutes into the game, Albertinho Damião was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Giqui's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kushikime the free kick. The supporters of Kushikime booed when Giqui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albertinho Damião didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Paulo Correia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Cristian de Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When João Paulo Correia, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 74 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Cristian de Alcântara was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Cristian de Alcântara came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Giqui's Ronaldo Gaspar. But to his dismay, Ronaldo Gaspar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 81st minute, João Paulo Correia made a precise shot to the right of Cristian de Alcântara. Kushikime's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Chiquinho de Salles received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Juninho Salles came out and tried to block the shot, but Chiquinho de Salles slotted it home off the left post making it 5-1 in the 89th minute. Ronaldo Gaspar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristian de Alcântara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Giqui's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
