Spectators: 7358 (Terracing: 5519, Seating: 1692, VIP seats: 147) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fabrício Saldanha kicked off to start the match. After 2 minutes, Silvinho Queirós mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vila Mônaco Futebol Clube and the CS Vasco Paulista players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Vila Mônaco Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Silvinho Queirós hit a great ball. Szczepan Klawki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Szczepan Klawki in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg César de Senna saved Vila Mônaco Futebol Clube from getting behind. After a rather tough play, CS Vasco Paulista's Douglas Santos got a free kick in the 20th minute. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Szczepan Klawki got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Natanael Ceresso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but César de Senna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. If Szczepan Klawki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 35th minute, Szczepan Klawki reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of César de Senna. The goal made the score 1-0. Natanael Ceresso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Szczepan Klawkis short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got César de Senna to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Szczepan Klawki made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Amílton Simão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Szczepan Klawki in the 52nd minute of play forced Vila Mônaco Futebol Clube's goalkeeper César de Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 52nd minute, Jacinto Tasso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CS Vasco Paulista's Vânderson Santana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save CS Vasco Paulista from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, CS Vasco Paulista's Vânderson Santana got control of the ball when Amílton Simão tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 59 minutes of play, CS Vasco Paulista's Szczepan Klawki made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. César de Senna was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Szczepan Klawki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Douglas Santos struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. César de Senna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CS Vasco Paulista. In the 66thth minute of the game Durvalino Penha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vila Mônaco Futebol Clube's César de Senna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. César de Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Szczepan Klawki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Szczepan Klawki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without César de Senna having to interfere. If Szczepan Klawki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Douglas Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot. CS Vasco Paulista's supporters rose to their feet, but Douglas Santos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. César de Senna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Natanael Ceresso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Faustão Cearense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. César de Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Szczepan Klawki in the 91st minute of play forced Vila Mônaco Futebol Clube's goalkeeper César de Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Natanael Ceresso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without César de Senna having to interfere. César de Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szczepan Klawki in the 94th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the CS Vasco Paulista players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
