When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Paulo Hermes made a kick off. Albertinho Sena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeca Prado in the 51st minute of play. When Olavo Lucas fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mneri Fc's protests and gave Olavo Lucas a yellow card for diving instead. After 76 played minutes Mneri Fc got a freekick which was hit by Olavo Lucas. Wellington do Nascimento stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cléber Batista's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Ronaldo Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Biguassu EC's Wellington do Nascimento got control of the ball when Ronaldo Freitas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th minute, Pedro Paulo Hermes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albertinho Sena was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Despite being the better team, Mneri Fc failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
