Baltazar Pereira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Murillo Simões received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Afonso Urbano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Artur Botelho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Urbano having to interfere. If Murillo Simões had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fred Mattos hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Murillo Simões fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Urbano having to interfere. In the 23rd match minute, S.E.Bergamini - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdo Leal to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Bezerras SS's Percy Sena broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Artur Botelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Murillo Simões might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Afonso Urbano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Murillo Simões ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murillo Simões in the 39th minute of play forced S.E.Bergamini - FDFDF's goalkeeper Afonso Urbano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the match, S.E.Bergamini - FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Murillo Simões came free, but Afonso Urbano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 43 minutes, Artur Botelho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bezerras SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Artur Botelho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Artur Botelho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Afonso Urbano made a huge save. In the 48th minute, Bezerras SS's Murillo Simões dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Murillo Simões stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Artur Botelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emílio Azevedo during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th minute, Emílio Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Everton Ribeiro's shot from long distance in the 68th minute was not bad at all, but Bezerras SS's Raúl Velasco knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. After a defensive mix-up in S.E.Bergamini - FDFDF's zone, Artur Botelho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Afonso Urbano came out of the goal and Artur Botelho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 80 minutes, Artur Botelho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.E.Bergamini - FDFDF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Artur Botelho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 91st match minute, S.E.Bergamini - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everton Ribeiro to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute of the match Percy Sena shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Afonso Urbano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 94th minute, Artur Botelho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bezerras SS's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
