The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Zanette stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cléberson Mattos was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 58 minutes into the match, Ezequiel Velloso dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Róbson de Queirós, 1-3. Serafim Leme who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Róbson de Queirós when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ezequiel Velloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Róbson de Queirós having to interfere. In the 92nd minute Frank Zanette shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cléberson Mattos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Serafim Leme came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Papuda FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serafim Leme couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ezequiel Velloso in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Róbson de Queirós prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match was over Papuda FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fidelis FTC throughout the match.
