After a defensive mix-up in Salgueirón FC's zone, Toninho Amorim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ulysses Sabóia came out of the goal and Toninho Amorim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 96 minutes into the match, Salgueirón FC's goalkeeper Ulysses Sabóia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manuel Borges. Despite being the better team, Salgueiro failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
