In the 21st minute, Carlos Mello made a precise shot to the right of Kléberson Reis. Dragon Ball Z's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 25 minutes into the match, Brahmeiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristóvão das Neves came free, but Gilmar Galvão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristóvão das Neves scored 2-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilmar Galvão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. David Prata came free in the 44th minute and tried to tip the ball over Kléberson Reis, but to the joy of Dragon Ball Z's supporters the ball went over. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carlos Mello was the one to do the kick off. Cristóvão das Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilmar Galvão having to interfere. Cristóvão das Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Gilmar Galvão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tadeu Secco hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. If David Prata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilmar Galvão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doni Gaúcho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the match, Brahmeiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Doni Gaúcho came free, but Gilmar Galvão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
