Spectators: 7058 (Terracing: 5402, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Pedro Valladares got the match started through his kick off. When Doriva Linhares came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Red Crabs FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Doriva Linhares couldn't finish the play. After 11 played minutes C.A. Flash Tibbers got a freekick which was hit by Eugênio Neto. In the 12th minute, Fred Bezerra fired a really elegant long shot, but Felipe Schmidt threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. If Magno Rossi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, Red Crabs FC's goal looked a bit too open when Magno Rossi came free, but Evandro Lopes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Doriva Linhares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 25 minutes into the match, C.A. Flash Tibbers's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Valladares came free, but Felipe Schmidt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, C.A. Flash Tibbers's goalkeeper Felipe Schmidt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doriva Linhares. Red Crabs FC's Evandro Lopes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magno Rossi in the 30th minute of play. When Pedro Luiz Cabral came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the C.A. Flash Tibbers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Luiz Cabral couldn't finish the play. Percival Cunha charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Percival Cunha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 44th match minute, Red Crabs FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Percival Cunha to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Luiz Cabral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Magno Rossi in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evandro Lopes saved Red Crabs FC from getting behind.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Magno Rossi to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Red Crabs FC's goalkeeper Evandro Lopes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eugênio Neto. Felipe Schmidt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doriva Linhares in the 56th minute of the match. Pedro Valladares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Doriva Linhares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Felipe Schmidt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doriva Linhares blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felipe Schmidt having to make a save. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A. Flash Tibbers's goalkeeper Felipe Schmidt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. C.A. Flash Tibbers's Felipe Schmidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo José Mello in the 81st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Red Crabs FC's zone, Pedro Luiz Cabral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evandro Lopes came out of the goal and Pedro Luiz Cabral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Felipe Schmidt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doriva Linhares, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Pedro Luiz Cabral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Evandro Lopes made a huge save. After 94 minutes of play, C.A. Flash Tibbers's Pedro Luiz Cabral made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evandro Lopes was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. C.A. Flash Tibbers had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
