After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Pedrinho Paraense managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cruuz Credo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedrinho Paraense was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felipe Schmidt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11th match minute, C.A. Flash Tibbers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugênio Neto to maneuver through the defense. Pedrinho Paraense took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felipe Schmidt. Felipe Schmidt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 21st minute, Pedrinho Paraense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Felipe Schmidt didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Cruuz Credo FC's Pedrinho Paraense shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. 30 minutes into the game, Dalmo Mendes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cruuz Credo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A. Flash Tibbers the free kick. The supporters of C.A. Flash Tibbers booed when Cruuz Credo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmo Mendes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bebeto de Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Felipe Schmidt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Pedro de Amaral made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Pedro Luiz Cabral sent off a good shot on target. João Pedro de Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magno Rossi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felipe Schmidt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bebeto de Sousa's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pedrinho Paraense was the one to do the kick off. Amílton Aguiar hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. When Cruuz Credo FC's Pedrinho Paraense in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.A. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Luiz Cabral in the 83rd minute of play forced Cruuz Credo FC's goalkeeper João Pedro de Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Pedro de Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Luiz Cabral, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Magno Rossi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Pedro de Amaral read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Felipe Schmidt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bebeto de Sousa in the 97th minute of play. Cruuz Credo FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
