Ricardinho Abreu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GX SPORT CLUB. Luisão de Sousa's late challenge caught a Ermo EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luisão de Sousa helped the player get up and apologised. Iuri Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When Jarbas Salgado was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 96 minutes had been played. Jarbas Salgado hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. The Ermo EC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
