Spectators: 6679 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 10) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kléberson Galvão kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Thunder F.C.'s Cícero de Medeiros got a free kick in the 5th minute. Elano Vasconcelos was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 6th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kléberson Galvão in the 7th minute of play forced Thunder F.C.'s goalkeeper Fabrício Rosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vágner Donato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Campidelis having to interfere. Válbson Mineiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Rafael Campidelis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 21 minutes of play, Thunder F.C.'s Vágner Donato made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rafael Campidelis was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Kléberson Galvão in the 25th minute of play forced Thunder F.C.'s goalkeeper Fabrício Rosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vágner Donato in the 27th minute of play forced Cabecas's goalkeeper Rafael Campidelis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Thunder F.C.'s Válbson Mineiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rafael Campidelis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fabrício Rosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luizão Silveira in the 32nd minute. Vágner Donato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Rafael Campidelis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angelo Coelho hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Rafael Campidelis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vágner Donato in the 45th minute of play. Luizão Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Thunder F.C. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Vágner Donato made the kick off in the second half. If Yan Pimenta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cícero de Medeiros's late challenge caught a Cabecas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cícero de Medeiros helped the player get up and apologised. When Cabecas's Luizão Silveira in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Thunder F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Thunder F.C.'s Cícero de Medeiros got a free kick in the 58th minute. Faustão Leão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Campidelis having to interfere. Cabecas's Rafael Campidelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vágner Donato in the 63rd minute of play. After having played for 65 minutes, Válbson Mineiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thunder F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Válbson Mineiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Vágner Donato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Campidelis came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Thunder F.C.'s Válbson Mineiro. But to his dismay, Válbson Mineiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Rafael Campidelis was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Romário Neto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Romário Neto really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Nicolas Aparecido hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After 85 played minutes Cabecas got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Pires. In the 89th minute, Kléberson Galvão made a precise shot to the right of Fabrício Rosa. Thunder F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Válbson Mineiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Rafael Campidelis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vágner Donato's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rafael Campidelis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play.
