Jailson Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Ramiro Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 11 played minutes, Zico F.C's Cléberson de Barros shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ramiro Monteiro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zico F.C reached it. After 12 minutes, Adrianinho Ceresso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cerobas FC and the Zico F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. 15 minutes into the match, Allan Silva had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramiro Monteiro. Cerobas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Allan Silva was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Dino de Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manoel Paiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Manoel Paiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino de Toledo having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Cerobas FC's Manoel Paiva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dino de Toledo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dino de Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manoel Paiva in the 33rd minute of the match. The corner led to Zico F.C's Elivélton Lara getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. With a little luck, Cerobas FC's Ramiro Monteiro got control of the ball when Allan Silva tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Toninho Lucas was the one to do the kick off. Toninho Lucas hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute, Toninho Lucas fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. Ramiro Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jailson Seco in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Allan Silva made a precise shot to the right of Ramiro Monteiro. Cerobas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Toninho Lucas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71st minute, Toninho Lucas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Caio Catarinense charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Caio Catarinense the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 79th minute, Cerobas FC's Toninho Lucas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Vivaldo de Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jailson Seco in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramiro Monteiro saved Cerobas FC from getting behind. Allan Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Jailson Seco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zico F.C were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cerobas FC for a fine match.
