If Breno Maranhense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 24 minutes into the match, Rodrigo de Queiroz notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of H.Vianna Soccer Team's Zé Carlos Branco. Zé Carlos Branco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, H.Vianna Soccer Team's Adhemar Motta got a free kick in the 28th minute. Zé Carlos Branco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo de Queiroz in the 41st minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Rodrigo de Queiroz made a precise shot to the right of Zé Carlos Branco. H.Vianna Soccer Team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Breno Maranhense got free with Zé Carlos Branco in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Júnior Barral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giovanni Britto having to interfere. Júnior Barral struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Giovanni Britto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for H.Vianna Soccer Team.
