Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Vítor Sanches in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck César Silva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. B1 Vegetal's Jorginho Rodrigues got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35th minute João Vítor Sanches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Richard de Amorim to strike the kick off in the second half. João Vítor Sanches struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute.
