J.A. 100's Marcinho Furlan got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wilian de Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 12 played minutes Cafu Salgado rounded J.A. 100's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Wilian de Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidnei Pirani having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Alan Berger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Wilian de Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cafu Salgado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Téo Fernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Téo Fernandez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reynaldo Aguiar in the 26th minute. Marcinho Furlan took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sidnei Pirani. Sidnei Pirani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Wilian de Souza took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sidnei Pirani. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Cafu Salgado made the kick off in the second half. Wilian de Souza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sidnei Pirani having to make a save. 55 minutes into the match, Maktub's goal looked a bit too open when Wilian de Souza came free, but Sidnei Pirani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th match minute, Maktub was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredinho Galvão to maneuver through the defense. Sidnei Pirani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilian de Souza's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Téo Fernandez came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Maktub's Cafu Salgado. But to his dismay, Cafu Salgado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. After a defensive mix-up in Maktub's zone, Marcinho Furlan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sidnei Pirani came out of the goal and Marcinho Furlan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sidnei Pirani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcinho Furlan in the 77th minute. In the 86th minute Cafu Salgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Téo Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Maktub support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
