The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Tiaguinho Zonta made the kick off in the second half. When João Vítor Sanches was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 59 minutes had been played. In the 91st match minute, A.E. ARAÇATUBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Róbson Porto to maneuver through the defense. Luso Carioca were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing A.E. ARAÇATUBA to leave the ground with a draw.
