The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Christiano Custódio struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Téo Fernandez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Camisa 33. Marcinho Furlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in J.A. 100's zone, Christiano Custódio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Téo Fernandez came out of the goal and Christiano Custódio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcinho Furlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Maicon Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Christiano Custódio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Téo Fernandez was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. José Pedro Schmidt hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 46 minutes into the game, J.A. 100's Allan Fernandez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maicon Ferreira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 57th match minute, J.A. 100 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delfim Paraibano to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Camisa 33 getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Júlio Ramos hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Camisa 33's Noel Leão got a free kick in the 61st minute. Delfim Paraibano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Maicon Ferreira. Camisa 33's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Marcinho Furlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute Wilian de Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maicon Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maicon Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcinho Furlan in the 73rd minute of the match. Marcinho Furlan might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maicon Ferreira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcinho Furlan ran back to his position shaking his head. After 85 minutes of play, J.A. 100's Marcinho Furlan made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maicon Ferreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 88th minute of the match Eusébio Branco shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maicon Ferreira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Maicon Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilian de Souza in the 95th minute of the match. Marcinho Furlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Maicon Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the J.A. 100 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
