Enio Meira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiaguinho Neves in the 22nd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Murilo de Salles notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Santos Madrid FC's Enio Meira. Enio Meira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Murilo de Salles hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Fernandão Sena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Sampaio in the 28th minute of the match. Fernandão Sena came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Santos Madrid FC's Nelson Siqueira. But to his dismay, Nelson Siqueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Murilo de Salles kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Evaristo Sampaio made the kick off in the second half. Valério Magalhães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enio Meira having to interfere. Tiaguinho Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fernandão Sena didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nelson Siqueira went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. When Victor Pirani fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored godines bc's protests and gave Victor Pirani a yellow card for diving instead. In the 73rd match minute, godines bc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Pirani to maneuver through the defense. If Nelson Siqueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. godines bc's Valério Magalhães got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
