With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ediberto Amaral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nestor Correia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Maicon Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Real Madrid's Nando Domingues in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The wind increased when Nando Domingues made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Nando Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Madrid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nando Domingues was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maicon Ferreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nando Domingues, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Real Madrid's Ediberto Amaral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Real Madrid from getting a goal against them. In the 60th match minute, Real Madrid was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Trevisan to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Real Madrid's zone, Christiano Custódio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ediberto Amaral came out of the goal and Christiano Custódio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maicon Ferreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nando Domingues in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to Real Madrid getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Faustão Azevedo hit a great ball. Márcio Cardozo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ediberto Amaral having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Márcio Cardozo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Camisa 33's supporters rose to their feet, but Márcio Cardozo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ediberto Amaral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christiano Custódio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ediberto Amaral having to make a save. Maicon Ferreira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nando Domingues's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Camisa 33's Christiano Custódio got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 92nd minute Nestor Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maicon Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 played minutes Camisa 33 got a freekick which was hit by Júlio Ramos.
