Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Duda Cavalcante started the match with the kick off. After 2 minutes, Allan Mendes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wolverine FC and the Periquito FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Wolverine FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Allan Mendes hit a great ball. 6 minutes into the match, Wolverine FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Abraão came free, but Ademar Saldanha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Periquito FC's Pedrinho Tande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Mendes in the 8th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Kléberson Saraiva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ademar Saldanha was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. When Wolverine FC's Duda Cavalcante in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Periquito FC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kléberson Saraiva in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ademar Saldanha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ademar Saldanha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sandro de Castro's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Matheus Cruz could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Ademar Saldanha however easily saved by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kléberson Saraiva in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ademar Saldanha saved Wolverine FC from getting behind. Alex Loureiro hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manoel Vieira in the 25th minute of play forced Periquito FC's goalkeeper Pedrinho Tande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Periquito FC's Kléberson Saraiva in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wolverine FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Duda Cavalcante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Silas Peixoto fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wolverine FC's protests and gave Silas Peixoto a yellow card for diving instead. After 38 played minutes Wolverine FC got a freekick which was hit by Silas Peixoto. Ademar Saldanha made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Matheus Cruz sent off a good shot on target. Ademar Saldanha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wellington Xavier in the 44th minute. In the 47thth minute of the game Kléberson Saraiva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wolverine FC's Ademar Saldanha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kléberson Saraiva made a kick off. After 51 minutes of play, Periquito FC's Matheus Cruz made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ademar Saldanha was left in no man's land by his defense there! 60 minutes into the match, Wolverine FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Abraão came free, but Ademar Saldanha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wolverine FC's Ademar Saldanha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Abraão in the 63rd minute of play. Matheus Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tony Abraão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedrinho Tande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duda Cavalcante in the 73rd minute of the match. Ademar Saldanha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Abraão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matheus Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ademar Saldanha having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duda Cavalcante in the 77th minute of play forced Periquito FC's goalkeeper Pedrinho Tande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Kléberson Saraiva notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Wolverine FC's Ademar Saldanha. Ademar Saldanha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Periquito FC's Pedrinho Tande proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Periquito FC from getting a goal against them. Allan Mendes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Pedrinho Tande made a huge save. Juvenal Motta kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Ademar Saldanha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Abraão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Periquito FC were the better team. Periquito FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
