In the 20th minute Frederico Paraibano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulisses de Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodrigo Mazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 25 minutes, Hortêncio Braga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ajax's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hortêncio Braga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Hortêncio Braga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Hortêncio Braga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ajax fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Hortêncio Braga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th match minute, Ninjinha10Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vito Rosa to maneuver through the defense. Rodrigo Mazza struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. When Rodrigo Mazza came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Ajax fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrigo Mazza couldn't finish the play. 48 minutes into the match, Hortêncio Braga notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Ninjinha10Fc's Ulisses de Almeida. Ulisses de Almeida was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Ajax were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hudson Maciel to make the kick off. Murillo Luz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hudson Maciel in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of Ajax booed when Ninjinha10Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Guilherme Porto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frederico Paraibano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Ulisses de Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodrigo Mazza scored 0-3 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ulisses de Almeida, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hortêncio Braga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulisses de Almeida having to interfere. In the 67th minute Hudson Maciel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murillo Luz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Frederico Paraibano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 73rd match minute, Ninjinha10Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro de Senna to maneuver through the defense. Ulisses de Almeida came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Ajax's Rodrigo Mazza. But to his dismay, Rodrigo Mazza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Bruninho Dante blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ulisses de Almeida having to make a save. In the 80th minute Bruninho Dante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulisses de Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee gave Ajax a penalty, 83 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hudson Faria, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ninjinha10Fc's Ulisses de Almeida. 0-5. Murillo Luz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hudson Maciel, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Bruninho Dante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulisses de Almeida having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Guilherme Porto in the 93rd minute of play forced Ajax's goalkeeper Murillo Luz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 96 in the game by Hortêncio Braga from a close distance when the talented Ulisses de Almeida managed to make a qualified save. Ninjinha10Fc's players were relieved. If Luís Guilherme Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulisses de Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Mazza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Ninjinha10Fc fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ajax were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
