Spectators: 7250 (Terracing: 5439, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Romário Bertassi took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute Romário Bertassi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Everest FC's Ivo Vides got a free kick in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flávio Valadares in the 13th minute of play forced Electro's goalkeeper Geovânio Perez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Everest FC's zone, Pierre Zahnleiter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joel Carneiro came out of the goal and Pierre Zahnleiter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Romário Bertassi came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Electro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romário Bertassi couldn't finish the play. Nelsinho Gonçalves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Romário Bertassi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Romário Bertassi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Carneiro having to interfere. Ivo Vides kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Pierre Zahnleiter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Joel Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 38 minutes, Romário Bertassi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Electro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romário Bertassi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot 39 in the game by Nelsinho Gonçalves from a close distance when the talented Joel Carneiro managed to make a qualified save. Everest FC's players were relieved. 41 minutes into the match, Electro's goal looked a bit too open when Flávio Valadares came free, but Geovânio Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lorenz Masas's late challenge caught a Everest FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lorenz Masas helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Electro getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Lorenz Masas hit a great ball. After 46 minutes, Nelsinho Gonçalves made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Everest FC's Joel Carneiro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Nelsinho Gonçalves sped through Everest FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joel Carneiro. In the 59th minute, Romário Bertassi made a precise shot to the right of Joel Carneiro. Everest FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After 67 played minutes Everest FC got a freekick which was hit by Ivo Vides. Flávio Valadares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovânio Perez having to interfere. Lorenz Masas was shown his second yellow card after 76 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Electro's Lorenz Masas got a free kick in the 77th minute. Geovânio Perez was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Eliseu Pires. Electro's Geovânio Perez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Electro from getting a goal against them. Pierre Zahnleiter charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pierre Zahnleiter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 5-0 became the score in the 84th minute when Romário Bertassi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
