Deu Zebra FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mister Bean was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kiko Abreu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mister Bean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kiko Abreu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jano Abraão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Deu Zebra FC booed when Lorenzo War FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simão Loyola didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute, Mister Bean made a precise shot to the right of Kiko Abreu. Lorenzo War FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After the first half Deu Zebra FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mister Bean was the one to do the kick off. In the 80th minute Mister Bean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kiko Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kiko Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jano Abraão in the 81st minute of play.
