Maurício Romero's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, William Cruz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Seraphim's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Maurício Romero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. William Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute José Pedro Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but William Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abelardo Lima made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Seraphim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Fabiano Capixaba to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Club Atlético Colosso's Mathias Mesquita threw himself towards the right post 84 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Abelardo Lima, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Luiz Fabiano Capixaba hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute Sebastião Rocha suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Alfredinho Sá fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seraphim's protests and gave Alfredinho Sá a yellow card for diving instead. After 94 played minutes Seraphim got a freekick which was hit by Alfredinho Sá. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
