Muller EC's Raphael de Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arí Porto in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, EDY3422's goal looked a bit too open when Álvaro Neiva came free, but Augusto Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Félix during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 10 played minutes Muller EC got a freekick which was hit by Joel Félix. After a defensive mix-up in Muller EC's zone, Cauan Loyola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raphael de Carvalho came out of the goal and Cauan Loyola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arí Porto in the 17th minute of play forced Muller EC's goalkeeper Raphael de Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cauan Loyola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raphael de Carvalho having to interfere. Raphael de Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arí Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raphael de Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arí Porto, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. When Dário Moraes fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EDY3422's protests and gave Dário Moraes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th minute, Dário Moraes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Álvaro Neiva in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Augusto Andrade saved EDY3422 from getting behind. With a little luck, Muller EC's Raphael de Carvalho got control of the ball when Cauan Loyola tried to sneak it across the goal line. EDY3422's Augusto Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antônio Carlos de Amorim in the 34th minute of play. Bernardinho Rezende charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernardinho Rezende the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 40th match minute, Muller EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardinho Rezende to maneuver through the defense. If Álvaro Neiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arí Porto to make the kick off. In the 97th minute Cauan Loyola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raphael de Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. EDY3422 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Muller EC for a fine match.
