Spectators: 6650 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Álvaro Neiva got the match started through his kick off. 0-1 became the score in the 4th minute when Celsinho Branco elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Félix in the 9th minute of play forced Coca Na Tulipa's goalkeeper Luiz Guilherme de Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Coca Na Tulipa getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Luiz Gustavo da Costa hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the match, Muller EC's goal looked a bit too open when Celsinho Branco came free, but Raphael de Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Muller EC's Antônio Carlos de Amorim got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raphael de Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafim Galvão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rubens Bezerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Raphael de Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Muller EC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rubens Bezerra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Serafim Galvão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coca Na Tulipa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Muller EC the free kick. Serafim Galvão hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Raphael de Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rubens Bezerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Celsinho Branco took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raphael de Carvalho. Raphael de Carvalho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Álvaro Neiva in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Guilherme de Queirós prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Celsinho Branco succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 68th playminute. Rubens Bezerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raphael de Carvalho having to interfere. If Antônio Carlos de Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, Muller EC's Antônio Carlos de Amorim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Guilherme de Queirós narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 82 minutes into the match, Antônio Carlos de Amorim had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luiz Guilherme de Queirós. Coca Na Tulipa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antônio Carlos de Amorim was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Raphael de Carvalho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celsinho Branco in the 91st minute. After 91 minutes, Joel Félix mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Muller EC and the Coca Na Tulipa players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Coca Na Tulipa booed when Muller EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Félix didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rubens Bezerra struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Raphael de Carvalho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coca Na Tulipa. Raphael de Carvalho made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Celsinho Branco sent off a good shot on target.
