The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Templarius FC - FDFDF's Juninho Perez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cauan Loyola in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arí Porto in the 10th minute of play forced Templarius FC - FDFDF's goalkeeper Juninho Perez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the match, EDY3422's goalkeeper Augusto Andrade had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Giovani Sá. Cauan Loyola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juninho Perez having to interfere. After 26 minutes, Humberto Mello mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Templarius FC - FDFDF and the EDY3422 players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of EDY3422 booed when Templarius FC - FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Humberto Mello didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute Luiz Paulo Luz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juninho Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldir Paranaense in the 28th minute of play forced EDY3422's goalkeeper Augusto Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Waldir Paranaense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Augusto Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes into the game, Waldir Paranaense recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Augusto Andrade. Waldir Paranaense showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 35 minutes into the match, EDY3422's goalkeeper Augusto Andrade had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Glauco Lucas. 36 minutes into the game, Giovani Sá lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Augusto Andrade. Giovani Sá recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Giovani Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Waldir Paranaense was the one to do the kick off. Arí Porto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 59th minute, Cauan Loyola made a precise shot to the right of Juninho Perez. Templarius FC - FDFDF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. EDY3422's Augusto Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvério Paulista in the 65th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Waldir Paranaense in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Augusto Andrade prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 67 played minutes EDY3422 got a freekick which was hit by Gilberto Mello. EDY3422's Augusto Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovani Sá in the 68th minute of play. With a little luck, Templarius FC - FDFDF's Juninho Perez got control of the ball when Arí Porto tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Templarius FC - FDFDF getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Giovani Sá hit a great ball. Giovani Sá sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nelson Vidal kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. When Templarius FC - FDFDF's Glauco Lucas in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye EDY3422's goalie prevented a goal. Silvério Paulista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Andrade having to interfere. When Elder Tasso fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EDY3422's protests and gave Elder Tasso a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Templarius FC - FDFDF booed when EDY3422 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elder Tasso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juninho Perez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cauan Loyola went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score.
