Arí Porto hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Augusto Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armin Del Nero in the 4th minute of play. After 6 minutes of play, Itaguai SS's Serginho Lopez made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Augusto Andrade was left in no man's land by his defense there! Augusto Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armin Del Nero in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Serginho Lopez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Augusto Andrade was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 0-3 became the score in the 15th minute when Serginho Lopez elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Augusto Andrade came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Itaguai SS's Armin Del Nero. But to his dismay, Armin Del Nero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Roger Trevisan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Augusto Andrade having to make a save. Elder Tasso scored 1-4 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luís Guilherme Favoretto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Serginho Lopez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Augusto Andrade having to make a save. After having played for 29 minutes, Armin Del Nero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itaguai SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armin Del Nero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Augusto Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serginho Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Luís Guilherme Favoretto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Campidelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After 35 minutes of play, Itaguai SS's Serginho Lopez made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Augusto Andrade was left in no man's land by his defense there! Augusto Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armin Del Nero in the 39th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the game, Clemente Campidelis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EDY3422's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Itaguai SS the free kick. In the 41st match minute, EDY3422 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemente Campidelis to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Itaguai SS were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Campidelis in the 53rd minute of play forced Itaguai SS's goalkeeper Luís Guilherme Favoretto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serginho Lopez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luís Guilherme Favoretto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elder Tasso in the 63rd minute of the match. With 65 minutes on the clock, Carlos Augusto Schmidt commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 65th minute, one of Itaguai SS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Itaguai SS. EDY3422's Augusto Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serginho Lopez in the 75th minute of play. Augusto Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Trevisan in the 80th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute of the match Marcel Dias sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Augusto Andrade skillfully saved the ball. Marcel Dias's shot from long distance in the 87th minute was not bad at all, but EDY3422's Augusto Andrade knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. After a rather tough play, EDY3422's Clemente Campidelis got a free kick in the 95th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Itaguai SS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
