Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Luiz Paulo de Almeida had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Celsinho Pontes. Balaco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luiz Paulo de Almeida was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Cícero Cosme was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Marcel Batista capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marcel Batista really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. In the 93rd minute Luiz Paulo de Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celsinho Pontes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Real Atlético Estados had won after a very even match.
