José Maria de Almeida ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 89th minute, Gustavo Lira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quissama SC's goalkeeper João Vítor Teixeira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gustavo Lira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of João Vítor Teixeira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. João Vítor Teixeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Maria de Almeida in the 93rd minute of play. Quissama SC's João Vítor Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Maria de Almeida in the 100th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Tacuarichim SC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Quissama SC.
