When Giovani Donatello fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Estrema's protests and gave Giovani Donatello a yellow card for diving instead. Giovani Donatello hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After the first half Henry FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Giovani Donatello made a kick off. Henry FC's Zacarias Elivareo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Neiva in the 52nd minute of play. Zacarias Elivareo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giovani Donatello in the 57th minute of the match. Fabrício Paraíba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sebastião Alves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Estrema's goalkeeper Sebastião Alves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fernandinho Dracena. Hudson Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastião Alves having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Fabrício Paraíba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Henry FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabrício Paraíba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastião Alves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Noel Borges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valdo Quadros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastião Alves having to interfere. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Estrema's goalkeeper Sebastião Alves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sebastião Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hudson Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabrício Paraíba struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Sebastião Alves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Henry FC. If Hudson Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 88th minute Severino Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastião Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hudson Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastião Alves having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Estrema's goal looked a bit too open when Hudson Faria came free, but Sebastião Alves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastião Alves made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Severino Marques sent off a good shot on target. The Estrema fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Henry FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
