Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Flavinho de Senna kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Samuca Aguiar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gláuber Sá. The goal made the score 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavinho de Senna in the 9th minute of play forced Comercinho FC's goalkeeper Pedro Augusto Félix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Kléberson Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Samuca Aguiar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Comercinho FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuca Aguiar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gláuber Sá breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Palmas FR's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Samuca Aguiar scored to the left of an out of position Gláuber Sá, making the score, 2-0. Samuca Aguiar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gláuber Sá read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute Kléberson Medeiros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Augusto Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guga Borges struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Pedro Augusto Félix didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palmas FR. Palmas FR's Flavinho de Senna got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gláuber Sá showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuca Aguiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Dudu Netto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Gláuber Sá made a huge save. When Samuca Aguiar came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Comercinho FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuca Aguiar couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Samuca Aguiar was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Comercinho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Paiva to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Pedro Augusto Félix managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Palmas FR's Flavinho de Senna fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gláuber Sá didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucas Paiva went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Samuca Aguiar scored 4-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gláuber Sá, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Samuca Aguiar came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Comercinho FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuca Aguiar couldn't finish the play. José Vítor Pontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gláuber Sá having to interfere. Pedro Augusto Félix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavinho de Senna in the 69th minute of the match. Samuca Aguiar took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gláuber Sá. Gláuber Sá dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Guga Borges hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Comercinho FC's Samuca Aguiar got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th minute Flavinho de Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Augusto Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gláuber Sá stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Samuca Aguiar's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Palmas FR's Gláuber Sá played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maicon Vasconcelos in the 83rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Maicon Vasconcelos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Comercinho FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Maicon Vasconcelos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
