The supporters of Mohameds Club booed when SC GALÁCTICOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gernando Abreu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luiz Guilherme Moreira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luiz Guilherme Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magno Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 played minutes Magno Costa rounded SC GALÁCTICOS's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Urbano in the 53rd minute of play forced SC GALÁCTICOS's goalkeeper Luiz Guilherme Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Guilherme Moreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magno Costa in the 55th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Magno Costa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luiz Guilherme Moreira. SC GALÁCTICOS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Magno Costa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Magno Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the match, SC GALÁCTICOS's goal looked a bit too open when Magno Costa came free, but Luiz Guilherme Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Magno Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Váldson Batista kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 79th minute Amílton Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Guilherme Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Michel Cardoso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC GALÁCTICOS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mohameds Club the free kick. In the 79th match minute, SC GALÁCTICOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michel Cardoso to maneuver through the defense. SC GALÁCTICOS's Luiz Guilherme Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magno Costa in the 81st minute of play. In the 86th minute, Giovani Tavares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amílton Messias hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Váldson Batista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. SC GALÁCTICOS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
