Duda Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enio Cosme in the 17th minute of play. Allan Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Luiz Guilherme Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastião Salles in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Guilherme Moreira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Porto Alegre FC's Duda Baptista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Váldson Batista in the 47th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Váldson Batista cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Duda Baptista was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Váldson Batista stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luiz Guilherme Moreira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Allan Fernandes went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 70thth minute of the game Allan Fernandes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC GALÁCTICOS's Luiz Guilherme Moreira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reginaldo Peres in the 74th minute of play forced Porto Alegre FC's goalkeeper Duda Baptista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Gernando Abreu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Duda Baptista was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. In the 84th minute Allan Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Guilherme Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Allan Fernandes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luiz Guilherme Moreira was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Duda Baptista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Váldson Batista in the 92nd minute of the match. Giovani Tavares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Duda Baptista made a huge save. SC GALÁCTICOS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
