Silvinho Fontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Guilherme Moreira having to interfere. After a rather tough play, BOTAFOGO SAF 2022's Dedé Vasconcelos got a free kick in the 14th minute. Martino Villaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovani Tavares in the 16th minute of play. When Eusébio Carvalho came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the BOTAFOGO SAF 2022 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusébio Carvalho couldn't finish the play. Silvinho Fontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eusébio Carvalho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Luiz Guilherme Moreira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg Luiz Guilherme Moreira managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when BOTAFOGO SAF 2022's Eusébio Carvalho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Luiz Guilherme Moreira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvinho Fontes in the 30th minute. Eusébio Carvalhos short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Luiz Guilherme Moreira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Silvinho Fontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eusébio Carvalho ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Váldson Batista was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, BOTAFOGO SAF 2022's Eusébio Carvalho made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luiz Guilherme Moreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to SC GALÁCTICOS getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Chico Lucas hit a great ball. In the 57th minute, Silvinho Fontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BOTAFOGO SAF 2022's Martino Villaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save BOTAFOGO SAF 2022 from getting a goal against them. SC GALÁCTICOS's Luiz Guilherme Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Barros in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Carvalho in the 67th minute of play forced SC GALÁCTICOS's goalkeeper Luiz Guilherme Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, Eusébio Carvalho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luiz Guilherme Moreira was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. When Eusébio Carvalho came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the BOTAFOGO SAF 2022 fans jumped to their feet. After 76 minutes, Silvinho Fontes made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. SC GALÁCTICOS's Luiz Guilherme Moreira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eusébio Carvalho in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luiz Guilherme Moreira saved SC GALÁCTICOS from getting behind. In the 80thth minute of the game Eusébio Carvalho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC GALÁCTICOS's Luiz Guilherme Moreira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chico Lucas hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After 88 minutes, Giovani Tavares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC GALÁCTICOS and the BOTAFOGO SAF 2022 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 88 played minutes SC GALÁCTICOS got a freekick which was hit by Giovani Tavares. When Eusébio Carvalho came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the BOTAFOGO SAF 2022 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusébio Carvalho couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute, Vaggelis Christodoulopoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Giovani Tavares scored 4-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Martino Villaro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the BOTAFOGO SAF 2022 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
