Antônio Mineiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Umberto Tepedino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adilson Dias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Umberto Tepedino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Antônio Mineiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antônio Mineiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adilson Dias in the 15th minute. Sebastião Macedo kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edson Passos in the 18th minute of play forced Fyde-FC's goalkeeper Cauã Alcântara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fyde-FC's Cauã Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edson Passos in the 19th minute of play. If Edson Passos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luís Fernando Meirelles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Cauã Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antônio Mineiro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Edson Passos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauã Alcântara having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edson Passos was the one to do the kick off. Fyde-FC's Cauã Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edson Passos in the 54th minute of play. If Luís Fernando Meirelles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edson Passos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauã Alcântara having to interfere. Luís Fernando Meirelles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Araça F.C.'s Antônio Mineiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Umberto Tepedino in the 88th minute of play. Araça F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fyde-FC the free kick. The supporters of Fyde-FC booed when Araça F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaltino Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Umberto Tepedino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Fyde-FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Araça F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
