Breno Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Cauã Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Mineiro in the 34th minute of play forced Fyde-FC's goalkeeper Cauã Alcântara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Esporte Clube Rio Bonito's Rubinho Falcão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betão Donato in the 39th minute of play. After 40 minutes, Percival Carneiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Esporte Clube Rio Bonito and the Fyde-FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Breno Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 51st minute, Betão Donato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Breno Fonseca in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cauã Alcântara saved Fyde-FC from getting behind. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Breno Fonseca sped through Fyde-FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cauã Alcântara. 63 minutes into the game, Breno Fonseca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Cauã Alcântara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Breno Fonseca in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cauã Alcântara saved Fyde-FC from getting behind. When Cafu Koehler fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fyde-FC's protests and gave Cafu Koehler a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Esporte Clube Rio Bonito booed when Fyde-FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cafu Koehler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fyde-FC's Cauã Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Breno Fonseca in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Fyde-FC's Umberto Tepedino got a free kick in the 76th minute. A collision led to Fyde-FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Cacá Salgado hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Breno Fonseca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Esporte Clube Rio Bonito's supporters rose to their feet, but Breno Fonseca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cauã Alcântara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cauã Alcântara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Breno Fonseca went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 89 minutes, Adilson Dias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fyde-FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adilson Dias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Esporte Clube Rio Bonito's Percival Carneiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cauã Alcântara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cauã Alcântara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdomiro do Vale in the 95th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Esporte Clube Rio Bonito had played much better football throughout.
