Spectators: 7252 (Terracing: 5440, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Conrado Cardozo kicked off to start the match. Feirinha's Gonçalo Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Cardozo in the 4th minute of play. Osvaldinho de Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Dalmo Lopes hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Edinho Loureiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Conrado Cardozo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Gonçalo Barbosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute, one of Guataquara SS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Guataquara SS. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Conrado Cardozo in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gonçalo Barbosa saved Feirinha from getting behind. Amadeu Trevisan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 34 played minutes Feirinha got a freekick which was hit by Doni Melo. Amadeu Trevisan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gonçalo Barbosa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Gonçalo Barbosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Cardozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Conrado Cardozo came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Guataquara SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrado Cardozo couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Guataquara SS booed when Feirinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Augusto das Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

51 minutes into the game, Vinícius Duarte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guataquara SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Feirinha the free kick. In the 51st match minute, Guataquara SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinícius Duarte to maneuver through the defense. After 54 minutes, Osvaldinho de Godoi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Feirinha and the Guataquara SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. 58 minutes into the match, Conrado Cardozo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gonçalo Barbosa, 1-1. Osvaldinho de Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Amadeu Trevisan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Guataquara SS's Conrado Cardozo in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Feirinha's goalie prevented a goal. Amadeu Trevisan in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Gonçalo Barbosa made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Amadeu Trevisan sent off a good shot on target. Gonçalo Barbosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute.
