With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodoro Terra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alessandro Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luizinho Cosme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Francisco Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that João Francisco Silveira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alessandro Esteves was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Teodoro Terra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arí Ramalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Dráusio Romero charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dráusio Romero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Plataforma Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Dráusio Romero hit a great ball. Alessandro Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dráusio Romero in the 44th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and João Francisco Silveira made a kick off. If Arí Ramalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luizinho Cosme got free with Alessandro Esteves in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arí Ramalho scored 1-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teodoro Terra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alessandro Esteves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luizinho Cosme in the 69th minute. Alessandro Esteves stood somewhat misplaced when João Francisco Silveira came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 74 minute. In the 77th minute Arí Ramalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Terra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thomás Secco kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Arí Ramalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Terra having to interfere. Frigini Futebol Clube's Diego Antunes got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 83rd minute Arí Ramalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Terra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luizinho Cosme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Plataforma Futebol Clube players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Frigini Futebol Clube from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
