After having played for 3 minutes, Charles do Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jonizo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Charles do Nascimento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 7th minute of the match, Charles do Nascimento tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rubens Veiga saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Charles do Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rubens Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charles do Nascimento in the 10th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Renatinho Lopes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jonizo's supporters rose to their feet, but Renatinho Lopes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rubens Veiga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 16 played minutes Roda jc got a freekick which was hit by Valdo Ramalho. Jonizo's Renatinho Lopes got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles do Nascimento in the 19th minute of play forced Roda jc's goalkeeper Rubens Veiga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Charles do Nascimento lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Rubens Veiga. In the 25th minute, Renatinho Lopes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Renatinho Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Charles do Nascimento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rubens Veiga was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Charles do Nascimento capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Charles do Nascimento really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Charles do Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Rubens Veiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Charles do Nascimento in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rubens Veiga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Charles do Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpected shot in the 41st minute by Renatinho Lopes got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Roda jc's Rubens Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charles do Nascimento in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Charles do Nascimento made a kick off. Jonizo's Marcelinho de Sousa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Jonizo from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles do Nascimento in the 53rd minute of play forced Roda jc's goalkeeper Rubens Veiga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rubens Veiga came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Jonizo's Renatinho Lopes. But to his dismay, Renatinho Lopes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. An unexpected shot in the 58th minute by Marcus Santos got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles do Nascimento in the 68th minute of play forced Roda jc's goalkeeper Rubens Veiga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, Renatinho Lopes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rubens Veiga was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Charles do Nascimento struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Rubens Veiga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jonizo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Renatinho Lopes in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rubens Veiga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Enrique Brito took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelinho de Sousa. Marcelinho de Sousa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. After having played for 82 minutes, Renatinho Lopes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jonizo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renatinho Lopes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Roda jc's zone, Charles do Nascimento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rubens Veiga came out of the goal and Charles do Nascimento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Charles do Nascimento blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rubens Veiga having to make a save. Charles do Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Rubens Veiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Charles do Nascimento made a precise shot to the right of Rubens Veiga. Roda jc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Jonizo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
