After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Simão Corrêa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Simão Corrêa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Fellipe Senna made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Bittersweet's Luiz Paulo Barreto got a free kick in the 58th minute. Simão Corrêa had several of the Bittersweet's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 67 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal.
