Claudinei Ferraz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Rifaina's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Carneiro came free, but Claudinei Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 played minutes Rifaina got a freekick which was hit by Antônio de Almeida. Claudinei Ferraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Zanette, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Rui Melo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Tomé Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudinei Ferraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Carneiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 35 minutes into the match, Aninim AD's Elias Carneiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudinei Ferraz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 40th match minute, Rifaina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Melo to maneuver through the defense. 48 minutes into the match, Rifaina's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Carneiro came free, but Claudinei Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rui Melo made a kick off. When Leonardo Koehler came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Aninim AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonardo Koehler couldn't finish the play. After 54 played minutes Rifaina got a freekick which was hit by Vitório de Azevedo. In the 55th minute, Gino Baptista sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Rifaina's Claudinei Ferraz didn't even have to move. Rui Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudinei Ferraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Carneiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomé Silva came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Rifaina's Rui Melo. But to his dismay, Rui Melo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Rui Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Rifaina booed when Aninim AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Zanette didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cacá Trevisan during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 76th match minute, Rifaina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cacá Trevisan to maneuver through the defense. Cacá Trevisan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomé Silva having to interfere. Aninim AD's Tomé Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrianinho Salgado in the 84th minute of play. Vitinho Torres kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. If Cacá Trevisan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rui Melo struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Tomé Silva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rifaina. With a little luck, Rifaina's Claudinei Ferraz got control of the ball when Renan Veloso tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Aninim AD players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Rifaina from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
