Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vânderson Diniz to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Vorse Raider's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Goiano came free, but André Luís de Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Casimiro Abascal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-4. When the referee ended the match the Saldanha players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
