Nicolas Bezerra's late challenge caught a Welter Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicolas Bezerra helped the player get up and apologised. In the 3rd match minute, Vorse Raider was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Bezerra to maneuver through the defense. Pedrinho Meira kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Claudinei Matos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving André Luís de Moraes. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. Vorse Raider's Casimiro Abascal got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Júnior Couto came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Vorse Raider fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Júnior Couto couldn't finish the play. In the 15th minute, Casimiro Abascal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Welter Futebol Clube booed when Vorse Raider was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faustão da Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Casimiro Abascal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Magalhães having to interfere. André Luís de Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lauro Barbosa in the 28th minute of the match. In the 29thth minute of the game Júnior Couto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Welter Futebol Clube's Francisco Magalhães was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 30th match minute, Vorse Raider was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Bezerra to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute Claudinei Matos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Luís de Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casimiro Abascal in the 32nd minute of play forced Welter Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Francisco Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Júnior Couto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vorse Raider's Júnior Couto got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. André Luís de Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudinei Matos, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Luiz Fábio Trancoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Francisco Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Claudinei Matos to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Casimiro Abascal reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Francisco Magalhães. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 59th match minute, Welter Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardinho Hermes to maneuver through the defense. Luiz Fábio Trancoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Francisco Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Casimiro Abascal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Magalhães having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Vorse Raider's Luiz Fábio Trancoso got a free kick in the 65th minute. After having played for 66 minutes, Yuri Teles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Welter Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yuri Teles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 68th minute, Casimiro Abascal fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ricardinho Hermes hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Adalberto Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Welter Futebol Clube's Francisco Magalhães got control of the ball when Júnior Couto tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 77 played minutes Vorse Raider got a freekick which was hit by Faustão da Rocha. Júnior Couto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Magalhães having to interfere. After 81 played minutes Welter Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Lauro Barbosa. Luiz Fábio Trancoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Magalhães having to interfere. Júnior Couto's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Francisco Magalhães firmly grabbed it by the left post. After having played for 87 minutes, Casimiro Abascal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vorse Raider's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casimiro Abascal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Welter Futebol Clube's zone, Nicolas Bezerra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francisco Magalhães came out of the goal and Nicolas Bezerra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Júnior Couto struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Francisco Magalhães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vorse Raider. If Casimiro Abascal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vorse Raider's Casimiro Abascal got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vorse Raider were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Welter Futebol Clube to leave the ground with a draw.
