Marvel! eSports's Giovanni Meireles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathias Siqueira in the 7th minute of play. A wasted opportunity for Sport Clube Lasanha. After a defensive mix-up in Sport Clube Lasanha's zone, Dinei Bueno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Márcio Sarmento came out of the goal and Dinei Bueno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the game, Nilton Ferreira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marvel! eSports's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sport Clube Lasanha the free kick. After a rather tough play, Marvel! eSports's Nilton Ferreira got a free kick in the 26th minute. Jairo Peixoto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jairo Peixoto might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Márcio Sarmento. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jairo Peixoto ran back to his position shaking his head. When Jairo Peixoto came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Marvel! eSports fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Peixoto couldn't finish the play. If Jairo Peixoto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jairo Peixoto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Márcio Sarmento having to make a save.

The wind increased when Mathias Siqueira made the kick off in the second half. If Frédson Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute.
