The supporters of Marvel! eSports booed when C.R. Legião was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Paulo Guimarães didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Jairo Peixoto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marvel! eSports's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jairo Peixoto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavinho Aguiar in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Giovanni Meireles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Dinei Bueno came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Marvel! eSports fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dinei Bueno couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Jairo Peixoto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marvel! eSports's supporters rose to their feet, but Jairo Peixoto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristóvão Queirós breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jairo Peixoto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dinei Bueno to make the kick off. Dinei Bueno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 55th minute, Jairo Peixoto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 57th minute, Afonso Cordeiro made a precise shot to the right of Cristóvão Queirós. C.R. Legião's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a rather tough play, C.R. Legião's Luís Paulo Guimarães got a free kick in the 65th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jairo Peixoto got free with Cristóvão Queirós in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dinei Bueno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dinei Bueno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristóvão Queirós having to make a save.
