The audience was convinced that Thiago Valle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Válbson Ferraz was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Válbson Ferraz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 55th minute Marco Tande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enio Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rony Donato took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Válbson Ferraz. Jaquhype FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thiago Valle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Délio Tasso got free with Válbson Ferraz in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ivape's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
