Spectators: 7174 (Terracing: 5382, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 142) In the 8th minute Luizão Messias clashed with another player. He fell to the ground and was in great pain. It was obvious that he couldn't finish the game. Anselmo Teixeira's late challenge caught a Mad Season FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anselmo Teixeira helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th match minute, Santa Kaya F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Teixeira to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Santa Kaya F.C getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Kaká Corrêa hit a great ball. Ruy Antunes acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 12th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Durvalino Varela. Otávio Paulista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute, Sandrinho Soares ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ruy Antunes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. When Sandrinho Soares came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Mad Season FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sandrinho Soares couldn't finish the play. In the 31st minute, Anselmo Teixeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute, Santa Kaya F.C's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sandrinho Soares fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Mad Season FC's Neymar Levandovskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Teixeira in the 34th minute of play. Kaká Corrêa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Neymar Levandovskiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Santa Kaya F.C's goalkeeper Ruy Antunes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sandrinho Soares. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 52nd minute Otávio Paulista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruy Antunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Santa Kaya F.C getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. João Vítor Siqueira hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Mad Season FC's Durvalino Varela tried to score from far away in the 59th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 66th minute Sandrinho Soares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruy Antunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Duarte Rodrigues kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Sandrinho Soares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruy Antunes having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Sandrinho Soares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ruy Antunes. Santa Kaya F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sandrinho Soares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. When Mad Season FC's Sandrinho Soares in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Santa Kaya F.C's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandrinho Soares in the 94th minute of play forced Santa Kaya F.C's goalkeeper Ruy Antunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruy Antunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandrinho Soares in the 96th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Santa Kaya F.C players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mad Season FC.
