In the 13th minute, Otávio Paulista got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Humberto Galvão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sandrinho Soares in the 19th minute. If Sandrinho Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Otávio Paulista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Humberto Galvão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Murilo Vieira during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th minute, Murilo Vieira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in BBEC's zone, Sandrinho Soares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Humberto Galvão came out of the goal and Sandrinho Soares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, BBEC's Diego Tróia got a free kick in the 26th minute. If Sandrinho Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sandrinho Soares got free with Humberto Galvão in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of BBEC booed when Mad Season FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilson Félix didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mad Season FC's goalkeeper Neymar Levandovskiy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Mad Season FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Rodrigo Prado hit a great ball. When Luizão Messias fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mad Season FC's protests and gave Luizão Messias a yellow card for diving instead. Neymar Levandovskiy came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by BBEC's Ramiro Meira. But to his dismay, Ramiro Meira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After the first half BBEC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mauro Luz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Humberto Galvão came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Mad Season FC's Otávio Paulista. But to his dismay, Otávio Paulista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandrinho Soares in the 57th minute of play forced BBEC's goalkeeper Humberto Galvão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Otávio Paulista got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Humberto Galvão came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Mad Season FC's Otávio Paulista. But to his dismay, Otávio Paulista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 71 minutes into the match, Mad Season FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Luz came free, but Neymar Levandovskiy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauro Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Carlos Alberto Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramiro Meira was extremely unlucky when he, in the 88th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 94 minutes into the match, Mad Season FC's goalkeeper Neymar Levandovskiy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauro Luz. Mauro Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the BBEC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mad Season FC.
