Pdavida's Arsenio Bilintx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oséias Viana in the 15th minute of play. Oséias Viana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arsenio Bilintx read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Richard Paraíba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Nilmar do Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Galatassarrafo F. C's Oséias Viana got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 27th match minute, Galatassarrafo F. C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iuri Santana to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Galatassarrafo F. C defense, Richard Paraíba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nilmar do Vale. The Galatassarrafo F. C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nilmar do Vale should have stopped the shot. 40 minutes into the match, Galatassarrafo F. C's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Paraíba came free, but Nilmar do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Iuri Santana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Galatassarrafo F. C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pdavida the free kick. The supporters of Pdavida booed when Galatassarrafo F. C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iuri Santana didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute, Richard Paraíba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

56 minutes into the match, Galatassarrafo F. C's goalkeeper Nilmar do Vale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Richard Paraíba. In the 62nd minute of the match Jonathan Sampaio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nilmar do Vale showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 63rd minute Richard Paraíba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilmar do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 67 minutes, Sidney de Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galatassarrafo F. C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sidney de Senna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Galatassarrafo F. C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jailson Damião in the 71st minute. Célio de Souza hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Edgar Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Nilmar do Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Oséias Viana had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arsenio Bilintx. Pdavida's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oséias Viana was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Sidney de Senna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th minute, Iuri Santana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nilmar do Vale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgar Lara in the 93rd minute. The Pdavida players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Galatassarrafo F. C from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
